Adult Footballers in Cup Games

Being a hurling weekend, last weekend was a cup weekend for the adult footballers.  The Senior and Junior 2 teams continued on their winning ways.  The Seniors overcame St. Mary's Saggart in the AIB Cup on a 2:15 to 0:11 scoreline.  The Junior B team saw off Ballyboden Wanderers 2:19 to 0:5 in the Ó Broin Cup also at home.  The Junior A team tasted defeat, their first of the year, by a one point margin to Geraldine Patrick Morans in the Murphy Cup.
